      (1896–1996), US comedian and movie actor; born Nathan Birnbaum. In 1922, he paired up with comedienne Gracie Allen (c. 1902–64), whom he married in 1926. They had shows in vaudeville, on radio, and later on television. Notable movies: The Sunshine Boys (1975) and Oh God! (1977).
